Differences between ABA & AB Film Blowing Machine

Why customers mostly choose ABA extruder for making garbage bag and T-shirt bag?
1. Nowadays the market is very competitive in the whole world and in order to maintain your current position in the market, the ABA products can be considered as a solution.
2. In B layer you can use high percentage of CaCO3 filler or recycled material.
3. Usually the B screw its diameter is bigger than A, so you can put more material in B extruder; as the A extruder is usually smaller, we use either virgin material, shining or good recycled material for good and smooth film surface.
4. Both screws are bimetallic, as ABA machine is designed to work with recycled/ filler material. We normally advise our customer to upgrade the B screw to SKD-61, therefore the screw life will be longer.
